What is Negombo Thermal Park?
Founded in 1946 by Count Heinrich Waldbott di Bassenheim, Negombo was created as a combination of art, nature and thermal wellness. The name is inspired by Sri Lanka, which gave the founder the idea for an exotic garden overlooking the Tyrrhenian Gulf. Today it is a unique park, where volcanic waters blend with the scent of jasmine and bougainvillea.
